im2015 Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know

Welcome to im2015. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the im2015 website and gaming platform, including visitors, registered members, and anyone who participates in any game or promotion offered by im2015.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet through im2015, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms. This agreement is effective immediately upon account creation and remains in effect for as long as your account remains active.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the im2015 platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or through another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that takes place under your account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you

Account details, including registered name, date of birth, and government ID information, must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination without the right to withdraw outstanding balances.

im2015 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any benefits associated with it to another person under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on im2015 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). The platform supports the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your im2015 account balance in real time for most payment methods. A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies. im2015 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during normal operating hours. All withdrawals must be directed to an account or payment method registered in the same name as your im2015 account. im2015 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the following business day.
• im2015 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal.
• im2015 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

im2015 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and the Refer a Friend program. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms accompanying each offer, which supplement (and in case of conflict, supersede) these general Terms.

General rules that apply to all im2015 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. im2015 may exclude certain players from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one active bonus may be applied to an account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• im2015 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.

• Bets are final once confirmed. im2015 does not accept cancellation requests for settled bets except where an acknowledged system error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, im2015 will review the session logs and determine the appropriate outcome. All decisions made by im2015 in such circumstances are final.
• RNG-based games are powered by certified Random Number Generation systems that produce genuinely unpredictable outcomes. No betting system or strategy can guarantee profits over the long run.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — these must be reported to im2015 support immediately upon discovery
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities
• Depositing funds from a payment method that is not registered in your own name
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documents
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your geographic location in order to circumvent platform restrictions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward im2015 staff or other players

im2015 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or performance of the platform. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, im2015's total liability shall not exceed the net amount deposited by the affected player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

im2015 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, cheating, or collusion
• Failure to complete required identity verification

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months (inactive accounts may be flagged for review)

You may close your im2015 account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course. If your account has been closed for a breach of these Terms, outstanding balances may be forfeited.
